like over-scaled
song and dance
both anxious
and enthusiastic
not knowing
where to land
as deadpanned
flowers turning into ash
all with the help of Man
still trading fairy tales
for the solidarity of, “ever-after”
offering poisoned candy
languishing in browning pastures
clutching hand-held cameras
snakes swallowing their tails ...
