“ A False-Color Mosaic “

by Suzán Jiván Mom
& Mom-Mom Suzán

A false-color mosaic
of the strange
and the unexplained
like terrains
as tantalizing places
blasting salt water into space
fissures rakes
and evenly spaced

cratered lakes of methane
gate-crashing annihilation
preserved as a faint
life-sustaining liquid state
blue orbs that make headway
devoted to icy and far-way
observation
being pulled into round shapes
and given mythical nicknames
upon excavating graves
ravaged by tomb raiders
revealed via X-rays
of recovered trafficked remains ...
